I often use this in CSP. Super useful for last minute changes when I already have multiple layers with linework, color and shading in place. Should work either with the entire layers, or for selection only.
I really want this to be implemented. Iâd be so useful and simplify the workflow of working with layers a lot.
I know you are excited for the feature, but can you tone down the language a bit ![]()
This one, and texture per stroke for brushes, and making layers order consistent for grouping them are now all I want for new features.
I agree with you. This feature would be a real time-saver.
@Stelary: Actually I use to welcome new users warmly, but you have directly violated the forum rules with your first two three posts, by simply applauding you do not add any new Substantial information to the topics please refrain from doing so in the future. Look around here how we treat each other, familiarize yourself with the forum or just read through the rules to be sure.
And now I wish you much fun in this forum and with Krita!

I agree with this post + added 1 vote from me. In addition, this will be quite handful especially when you utilize the group feature to organize layer. For example, there are Group layer A contained hand and and Group layer B contained weapon parts. If we used the group trick to transform multiple layer, this will also make Group layer A and Group layer B quite messy, since it will create another unknown group and moved the layer to another unknown group, which it will cost a huge amount time if youâre working on animation in Krita.
The user who made this feature request deleted their account and also the posts. So this topic was deleted. I have undeleted it and restored the post. It seems like a most requested feature and the thread has some discussion in it.
Also there is a merge request for this - Draft: Make Transform Tool work on multiple layers (!1792) ¡ Merge requests ¡ Graphics / Krita ¡ GitLab
This has been merged, and is now available in the Nightly builds.
Yay!!! So we can close this and release the votes?
Good work!
In addition, I would like to know if multi-layer filters can be implemented using similar algorithms on the basis of multi-layer transformations?
Multi-layer transform works well⌠I just wish the move tool could also move selected multi-layer areas so that thereâs better parity and less confusion when alternating between the tools (as multi-layer move tool currently doesnât work once selections are involved).
Closing this to release votes!
