When a DeviantArt user offered to make two images of original characters for a two-figure sum each, I bought that without hesitation. But when he showed me the images, I felt dissatisfied, as it was clear that he didn’t even do research on the source materials of the OCs (such as Gentleman’s Gazette and the Cogs from Toontown Online, and from Toontown: Corporate Clash in particular).
Later on did it occur to me, however, that he may have turned out to be some user of Gen AI.
Before then, when I chanced upon a few people doing doodles, I decided to take the artistic matters into my own hands, and eventually used Krita to make colored illustrations of the OCs.
