Allow the Recorder docker to capture the canvas instead of the entire image

I feel like maybe locking into a certain size would help with the sudden jumps, too; let’s say things are locked into the aspect ratio of the canvas; things would maybe “look” clearer, with the jumps being less of a flashbang (watching the above timelapse hurt my eyes a bit; I imagine more seizure-prone/vision-sensitive folk would have a worse time than me).

(AKA I’m not against just setting a bg color, but I feel like that could still be a very specific can of worms when it comes to accessibility)

Should I test with the current build on a smaller display right now, or should I wait for you to make another one with some improvement?

Thank you David! I think the anatomy is kinda weird (especially around the neck) and I had no idea what to draw for the test, really. XD

Probably not worth testing rn, i should hopefully be able to make a new build tomorrow. But code is code, so i can’t guarantee that
