Can you please use the APK from: XP-Pen Artist 12 (2nd gen) other issues on Android, Samsung Note 9 - #5 by Lukeyls and try clicking the “Touch Here” area with the stylus? This should give us idea as to what sort of touch events Android system is sending us.
