Animation curves don't work correctly

Whenever I make a transform mask, then go to animation curves and add a key frame, there’s an invisible boundary/box that i can’t see my drawing unless it’s inside the box. Do you have any advice?

I’d advise you to upload a full screen screenshot that shows the problem that you are describing.
Make sure that the layers docker, the animation timeline docker and the animation curves docker are fully visible.
Depending on your workspace layout, this may require more than one fullscreen screenshot.

I will be able to respond later, as the site does not allow new users to add images.

You can post a link to a file sharing/download service. If you do, use a link that does not require any kind of login or registration.
You may be limited on how many links you can post.

https://drive.google.com/file/d/10T70CUv5WVBwQgNjJloSLlkg73zhZ6T1/view?usp=drive_link

That link requires a google account sign-in which I’m not prepared to do.
Please use a ‘sharing to anyone’ (or whatever it’s called) type of link or use some other file sharing service with a link that does not require any kind of sign in or registration such as ufile.io

I now have your video screenshot.
I’ve never seen anything like that and I can’t think of what might be causing it.
Can you provide the .kra file using a file sharing link?

sure Upload files for free - circle.kra - ufile.io

I don’t have any problem using the transform tool to move the small shape anywhere on the canvas using the transform mask keyframes and I don’t see any kind of ‘masking’ effect, as you can see in my screenshot here:

Have you made any changes to the Performance settings in Settings → Configure Krita?

If you Quit and restart then make a new document with this arrangement, do you still have the problem?

Have you made similar animations that show the same problem?

Have you made similar animations that do not show this problem?

Yes, I increased the memory limit, but when I returned everything back, nothing changed.

Yes, I tried it in a new document and the problem remained.

This is my first animation and the first time I encounter this.

So far it works only by moving the layer

Because of the simplicity of your document I’m totally puzzled as to why you are having this problem.
I have no idea how to continue investigating this :frowning:

Okay, thanks for the help!<3
