Do you also know the Environment Brushes and Forest Vegetation 3 pack of him too, or Flower Stamps for Krita 4.3.0 (which I offer as re-pack for Krita 5 here in the forum), Citiscape Patterns, Cloudpack for Krita 4.3.0*, Universe Environments - Lite Version? For the first three, I can offer unofficial re-packs for Krita 5, the last two doesn’t allow it because of their license, but I can tell you how to install them in Krita, to use these presets with Krita 5.
I find it an infinite pity that for far more than two years iForce73 has only made declarations of intent about a new version of his Environment Suite or at least an update of the existing suite “Environment Brushes and Forest Vegetation 3” to be expected soon, but you don’t get to see anything tangible on both, the last statement I know of can be found on YouTube, it is from May 05, 2022, quote: “I hope to finally be able to finish the new brush set after more than 10 months of work in the next few weeks.”
I know that there are many users (really many) out there waiting to get their hands on this currently unpublished gem. Users like you, who rightly expect a lot from his bundles, because the bundles he has released so far have set a high standard and raised expectations!
I don’t know what’s holding him back / what’s wrong with him, I can only speak for myself, and I’m not getting anywhere with reworking my repacks of his bundles for Krita 5 compatibility for health reasons, that’s no secret.

*As a replacement for this bundle, I recommend Paolo Puggioni - Krita Cloud Brushes, originally a set of resources similar to the resource collections offered by iForce73, which I have combined into a single bundle for Krita 5 and higher. Here you get a single bundle, convenient to install, which contains everything, instead of two bundles, each plus brush tips, which all need to be installed separately to work as brush presets in Krita.
