Krita has no post processing for brush strokes so you either have to draw more carefully at the end of your strokes or use something other than pressure to manipulate the size of the brush. Some brush smoothing options could maybe be of help to.

I used the G Pen in Krita just for consistency’s sake in the example, but this issue happens no matter which brush I use, basically.
