Maybe the _I don’t know_ is missing:

It allows you to vote even if you’re not **Yes!** or not **No!** , and also allows to get more voters (people who don’t care can vote then 😊)

I think you can also define a complete predefined template for new topics created in the category:

And let a topic be closed at most, 7days after being opened (after 7days max, vote and decision should be made for being featured or not)
