# File explorer won't show previews/thumbnails on Linux

Try [this hint](https://krita-artists.org/t/after-updating-to-5-0-0-on-manjaro-kde-dolphin-doesnt-show-previews-for-kra-files-anymore/34546/2) from @raghukamath:

> If you open the dolphinrc in the ~/.config folder and remove the [PreviewSettings] section and restart dolphin strangely it brings back the file preview. If you enable or disable the kra thumbnail in the GUI setting it breaks.
