Moving or scaling with the Transform tool will slow it down. Is there a way to make it lighter by setting etc.? Or is there no other way but to make it a higher performance PC?

Change the Tool Option setting from Accurate with Instant Preview to Fast, which was the only preview mode in Krita 4.
The down side is it will lost in-stack preview.
