Yes, a restart was needed for me.
But ffprobe is reset to be as it was every time you try to import.
I’m sure it will all be fixed eventually

ffprobe disable is a workaround mode, so it isn’t meant to be saved. But I will fix the bug today, and it should probably be in the next update whenever that is.
