Are you a developer for Krita? This guy made a Kubelka-Munk type color mixing system but it hasn’t been implemented in Krita yet for some reason:

> Hello all, my name is Ronald van Wijnen and I’m the author of spectral.js [GitHub](https://github.com/rvanwijnen/spectral.js). Spectral.js is a javascript library for realistic paint like color mixing using the Kubelka-Munk equations. It is already being used by the generative art scene and is well received. With the help from a Krita developer (thank you Dmitry!) I have integrated this library in Krita. Some technical details: a sRGB triplet is converted to spectral space by combining three (red, green and blue) premade reflectance cu…

He clearly needs help to implement this in Krita:

> Hi, Unfortunately I’m not familiar enough with the Krita codebase to implement this in the right way. The version I created was hacky and should only be used for testing. The code in spectral.js is straight forward and somebody with enough knowledge of Krita could implement a good version.

He also mentions the MyPaint pigment mixing functionality. But to my knowledge that one is also not included in Krita, despite having access to MyPaint brush engine.

For what it’s worth, I would **really** appreciate having one of these types of color mixing available in the software, and I think I’m not alone in that.
