Is there a way to apply rotation around custom center point?

I was wondering if it possible to apply rotation around custom center point.
I see that Node has rotate() methods that can rotate item by an angle, however the rotation point will be the centroid of the object.

It would be good to have the way to apply rotate much the same way as you can do Node.scaleNode()

Why not just use translate and rotate to simulate it? The end result should be the same.

Yeah. It is what I actually did. However, I thought maybe there is a function similar to scale somewhere hidden :slight_smile:

the end result will be the same just not the process to get there. and considering there is animation curves not that is a big lacking point though. but there is no interest for this at the moment there is bigger fish to fry for animation now :\
