# Justify text doesn't do anything Le bouton pour 'justifier' le texte ne fait rien

Bonjour

J’ai beau toucher à toutes les options et changer la résolution de mon document, quand j’essaye de formater le texte avec le bouton ‘justifier’, rien ne se passe. Les autres boutons (aligner à gauche, à droite, au centre) fonctionnent correctement.

Le texte est par défaut aligné à gauche même quand je copy/colle un texte déjà justifié.

Justified text only works when the [text is in a shape](https://docs.krita.org/en/reference_manual/tools/text.html#text-in-shape), it is a quirk of SVG 2 text.
