i started donating to Krita monthly a year ago, and back then i didn’t use an email for it. and now i can’t log-in to my donation account with username and password. it keeps saying “Could not authenticate you from Ldapmain because invalid credentials” how should i deal with this?
I got your mail to the foundation address, but because kmail broke, I cannot answer right now. I have deleted your membership in fund.krita.org, so you can register anew.

hello, last month, i made a thread about how i couldn’t access my donation account because of a “Could not authenticate you from Ldapmain because invalid credentials” error and couldn’t recover it because i didn’t use email when i created it.
and i got a reply from a lead dev: halla (thank you for your quick support) saying they had deleted my membership. but this month, i still got charged from the lost account… maybe the account deleted wasn’t mine?
i can provide more information regarding my account if it is necessary to find it.
i did consider making my bank block transactions from krita, but decided against it because i still want to be able to donate in the future…
Then we need to ping @halla, so she gets a notice, which I’ve done through adding the @ in front of her moniker. So you don’t need to do it too.
If you want to draw someone’s attention to something or reach them in the future, simply add an @ in front of their nickname, as I am doing here with your nickname @berry.
