I can confirm this bug happens to me as well and is not only in the timeline or the storyboard docker, is on everything regarding drag and drop both inside the dockers and into the canvas ex. i can’t change layer order by dragging and dropping nor put a symbol library into the canvas, all this happens both on the fedora repos and in the flathub version.
