An experimental portrait I’ve done a while ago.

This piece has been inspired by the artworks of two famous painters from different eras: The candle lit scenes of Dutch Golden Age painter Adam de Coster, and the cigar lighting characters of German-American industrial illustrator J. C. Leyendecker. This painting is a synthesis of the two ideas.
