# Mushroom foraging time lapse

This video is a very good example of what you get when you don’t plan out your work enough 😅 Of course, I cut most of painful “draw - erase - redraw” loops, but the main difficult moments are still clearly visible. And that’s normal. That happens. Nobody does everything perfectly the first time (you can’t imagine how often I have to remind myself of this 🥲). Let’s learn from our mistakes and not be ashamed of them 💪

Is it supposed to be in #General Forums > Art Discussions instead of #Artwork > Finished Artworks for a reason?

@Takiro Hi. The speedpaint is the link below the image. Unfortunately, it doesn’t have a preview (or maybe I did something wrong?), so I included the illustration as well for more clarity. I already posted this illustration in the finished artworks, and was not sure if it is ok to post it there again.

Okay, so it’s not a speedpainting then. It’s just a recording that’s speed up. Speedpaintings are a special kind of drawing/painting where you race against the time by completing a drawing in a short time usually with a strict time limit (like an hour or two). Calling the recording a speedpainting is misleading and unfair against actual speedpainting artists who put a lot of effort into being fast.
