There is no warning about the gdrive problem, in fact, that’s exactly what the Krita manual warns about. It says it may work for a while and then stop working with no warning. If you continue to use it, you could actually lose work as you’ll get no warning that saving is not actually happening.
The newness of your devices will have nothing to do with whether you’re overworking the RAM and I suspect that’s the problem as crashes are not expected or normal. There are new tablets that come with only 2 GB of RAM which will not really support Krita. That’s why I asked if you know how to read the RAM warning panel which is in the spot where your canvas size is displayed.
