This is a quick scribble I did for this month’s contest theme (a shelter from the cold).
I did a single 10-minute thumbnail the night before the deadline, then I did a 20-minute paintover in the last half-hour before the deadline. I quite like it as a quick scribble, but didn’t feel it was enough to be worth posting in the contest - I just wanted to participate in some way.
It’s meant to be a cloaked mouse sheltering from rain in the undergrowth. It would have take more thought and time to effectively communicate the context/narrative.
