I would like to upvote and reconsider the importance of this feature.
We work in an animation studio, and it is quite common to be working in a canvas size different to final export size, albeit having to crop the image, or having to resize it. It is all very common, for example to be working with a safety margin. Or sometimes we need to resize from 4K to 2K to be able to upload to a different server or process. Like for example using it in Kitsu for production tracking, where we cannot be working in 4K. So now I have to be working with a separate image processor to change size of all images or crop, or change color space, etc. Not bad, but since the feature to resize is present in the Video Export settings, I thought it would be really nice to have this feature for image sequence exporting.
