Hey guys, the library with various ratios and rules already exists and was shared here: Vector Library Drawing Templates - and it has 9 compositions templates already (golden ratio, golden spiral, rule of thirds and some more).
If there is any missing, maybe you could contact @fullerhill - and either ask them to add new templates, or ask them for the license and make a new vector library with their and the new templates. (I would encourage either CC or CC-BY, but of course decision is on the creator).
