Question about using colorize mask

I want the line art to be in color, black for hair dark gray for clothing dark flesh tone for face and body etc.Will the colorize mask work if my line art is in colors other than black?

It would take a small number of minutes to find out by trying it :slight_smile:
(And the answer is ‘yes’.)

Yes. The important part is that the lineart is on an otherwise transparent layer.

That’s good to know, because my line art is always on a transparent layer. I start with a white background (locked) then add a tight blue pencil sketch on a transparent layer above it ,and then “Ink” on a layer above that.:smiley:
