Oh I have this bug, but I thought it was normal as changes are being made to the resource manager.
When I import a bundle it works but it shows me the same warning and I cannot activate or deactivate the bundles.
I mentioned it recently because I see that it works for others without problems.
I already deleted the resource folder several times, but I don’t know what else it could be
