I can’t guarantee that this is the cause, but since I can’t reproduce the problem you described on Windows 10. I.e. I can’t reproduce it on my hardware with the versions you mentioned, I fear that it could be a problem with Windows 11. Do you have the chance to check this out with a Windows 10 installation, maybe via a USB-connected hard drive?
At least, this strange thought occurred to me after I read this post from another user.
Of course, it could also be because I don’t use a Wacom tablet or Nvidia graphics, or it could be for other reasons, but at the moment I can’t think of any others, except maybe to try OpenGL instead of Direct3D 11, with AMD hardware like my graphics card OpenGL usually works better than Direct3D 11. Of course, I tested this using Direct3D 11.
Or should it be an issue with my bad eyesight that I didn’t notice it? But your description lets me think that it is very obvious to notice.
