I wonder, did you color the artwork based on the color theory?
Or you just colored regular colors and used a filter mask?
Thank you! I used a little mix of both, but I’m still learning about colour theory so I rely on filter layers a lot. Here specifically I used a multiply layer on 50% with dark purple for the shadows and yellow for the light, a blue exclusion layer on around 30%, and a colour layer in orange on around 20% on top of everything.
Wow! I’ve never thought to use a technique like one that you mentioned!
I just go learning color theory, its hard but to master it you need years of drawing both traditional art and digital.
