Using Gesture to Select Layer on Android and touch enabled devices

One thing I have noticed is that if I select layers and long press to group, it only creates group of the layer which was long pressed. However, if I go to layers menu it groups correctly.

Seleting multiple layer and press the big “+” under the layer docker, they will become a group automatically.

Can we close this feature request then? it is not exactly the guestures that have been implemented but i think this is also a good solution to the request.
