Watercolor movement + blending – Can we add angle adjustments to control flow direction?

I like experimenting in Krita - seeing how I can push the boundaries of the brush engines, or using other tricks like with the layered impasto. After playing a bit in Rebelle last weekend I had ideas around trying to emulate watercolour in Krita. I think @RamonM did something similar too; I remember him mentioning it in a deleted post (think it was in Pesi’s watercolour brushes thread).

I’m not sure it’s an intentional effect because it always goes in the same direction and can’t be adjusted. It would be cool as a feature though!

I’m not sure who’s the best to ask about this. Maybe @dkazakov will understand what’s going on here?
