I’m not sure why you say in the bug “tip shape should not be round”, if it’s a new pixel brush engine, it would be.
Also could not replicate. I created a brush, lowered the ratio so I could see rotation clearly, set rotation to tilt direction (I do not have a pen that supports rotation). Works fine for me.
