Where the frame rate on the newest version (Windowns 11)

So I downloaded the 10$ version because I forgot you could just go to the site and download that version. So here I am trying to animate and I just cant find the frame rate. If your wondering I just clicked Window> Workspace> Animation

You have to click on the icon of the three horizontal bars, next to the icon onon skin.
