Zoom shortcut not working

XP Pen 13.3 Pro - Krita doesn't recognize the tablet's shortcut buttons

Well… I don’t know if it was exactly that, or a miracle, but I managed to get it working again by running the XP Pen Pentablet as administrator. There was still the bug with the zoom wheel, which only worked by zooming out. I went into Krita’s shortcut settings and saw that to zoom in the option was “Ctrl+=”. I manually changed it to “Ctrl++” and the Zoom wheel started working normally again. I really appreciate the help from @Michelist @Deevad and @lunarkreatures: Thanks guys, this community …
