It is not in a Krita-readable format. I think that is the reason why your other palette (96+3) was unlisted. Palettes for Krita are in KPL or GPL-format. If you had put your palette(s) in such a format, they will be of use.
In their actual representation, they are hardly usable, sorry.

I’m talking about the 96+3 palette from earlier this year, and because your link to your Google Drive (or was it another cloud?) wasn’t reachable anymore, I even reposted the 96+3 palette here on KA, so other users could access it even in the future. But as you can see in my screenshot of your profile, there is only your other topic from today, even now.
Cache was flushed to be sure, it is just the current state on my side.
I also was in your other topic from today, but it is vanished for me in KA’s records, you can’t do anything, it is not your fault, it is a technical glitch I’m just not understanding.

It was automatically flagged as spam since there were multiple post of same thing and had links to deviant art. And then I approved removal without keeping on of them active. I already talked to @Persik over personal message about this and asked them to post new topic.

You are talking about my old palettes “96+3 colours”. I don’t like those old palettes anymore so I removed it in DeviantArt and I asked for it to be removed in Krita Artists. My new palettes are “120+4 Pastel” and “120+4 Vivid”.

Often resources disappear for no apparent reason, and usually their creators are then no longer reachable. And in these cases people often ask for these resources on KA, either because a user finds them interesting and wants to try them out, or because the user used the resource and lost it for whatever reason and now can’t get it back. In these cases, I put such resources online if the license allows it.
