I did one of those sketches where I felt like it worked and then tried the rest of the time not to lose the initial “feel”. I tried to leave it way more rough than usual because of that. I was inspired by the how much time did it take thread so I posted what I believed was the actual time to finish.
Kudos. It’s so hard not to lose that initial feel. I have a collection of half finished sketches I periodically rifle through, wondering if perhaps today I have the right combination of a solid connection with the initial spark and courage to make the attempt.
