5.3 nightly portable, Win 11 - HSV Filter Mask not working if a selection is active

HSV Filter Mask is not working / color settings do not have an effect if a selection is active:

Steps:

  • draw a few lines
  • make a selection of the lines or a part of them
  • add a HSV Filter Mask and set it to colorize

Expected: the lines get colorized
Observed: the lines do not get colorized

This was working in older 5.3. nightlies.

If no selection is active then the HSV Filter Mask works as expected.

EDIT:
I crossed checked an older Version again:
In 5.3.0-prealpha (git 8201b89) there is no issue (tested on an older Windows 10 notebook though, not Windows 11).

I think it is working in your screenshot, but because the stroke is so dark and the lightness slider is at 0 it’s verrrry subtle!

You are right. I was sure I changed the luma but it seems I did not. Mistery Solved.
