I always find the smell of the rain very relaxing , used to walk after rain in my high school days now that I’m preparing for my graduation project (from animation school) I remember these days a lot , but no rain so this contest was a nice break not to mention that a drawing screen would definitely come in handy to make the process faster
now for my process ; after the first sketches I started looking at pinterest for interesting camera angles and color palette , krita’s assistant tool aid with the perspective , david revoy’s tutorial (rain effect) and his latest brush bundle was a great help and the rest is a history of trial and error
