Does anyone know how to enable Action, Title Safe (template) in a new file?

What does that mean? If this is terminology from another program, could you instead describe what you would like to accomplish?

The simplest solution is to create a document, and save it as template; then create new document from templates

Ah yes, that’s what I thought. Thank you!
I thought I’d ask, because I often have to make different resolutions, and I thought maybe there is a default Action, Title Safe template in Krita to load it for every resolution?
It is also used for Thumbnails in YouTube, to align everything properly.
