I’m used to using Krita for GFX raster editing and other raster-related tasks (like Photoshop). This allows me to quickly and precisely adjust the spacing between any raster layer to make it neater and more precise. The problem is, the Arrange feature is usually only available for vectors. In the next update, it will be available for raster as well (similar to GIMP), Arrange and Distribute.
So this feature request is already solved?
I don’t know if you are aware of this plugin, but it may help you in the meantime while you wait for your wish to come true. It is not meant as a solution, but as an aid.
