What you see there isn’t an additional window, it’s the preview docker.

If you actually want multiple windows try this:

@Takiro. It’s called the Overview docker on my English language settings.

@StarCore You get the Overview docker with Settings → Dockers then tick the box for the docker you want to be visible, from the list of dockers that will open up.

Can you please write a full guide?
I will pray to God for you, and maybe someday I will even put a candle for you. Or, if you’re an atheist, well uhhh emmm, lets say, I’ll think of a way to thank you too

Dis another picture what i tryna do

As @AhabGreybeard already said, in Krita open the menu ‘‘Settings’’, then choose ‘‘Dockers’’ and there select the one called ‘‘Overview’’.

And perhaps set your Krita for this action to show up in English language, this way you will find the correct menus and submenus.

By the way, this is also always a very good idea to do when making screenshots for the forum, because a screenshot is not so easy translated like text in the forum, especially in the low resolutions you chose to post your screenshots it is nearly impossible for OCR-based translators to recognize something. So, if you post screenshots with Krita in English, we can better support if it comes to questions where we need to know what may be written in your screenshots.
