Hello.
I want to ask for feedback on this Inspiroy series.
I recently spent roughly 400$ and got brand new tablet, looks great. But, about the drawing, its not worth the money I spent for this product… I feel as always laggy due to micro stuttering occurred when drawing started.
If this delay problem is not fixed I will have to return this and buy another product.
And I am thinking of giving this delay tablet away.
and now, I noticed that Huion supported krita as drawing soft officially. So I want to ask some your opinions.
How about this tablet? It’s a tablet that uses the PW517 pen.
Inspiroy Giano(PW517:?) , DIAL 2(PW517:300PPS) or Dial Q620M(PW507:233PPS).
Are these Inspiroy family, maybe I will go Dial2 or Giano because it looks latest and faster than others, supported perfect tilt?
I can see 60degree tilt supported, but is it actually supported? I want to know is it tilt response lively or not.
My first tablet supported tilt but it’s not supported while I pressing pen. How about huion’s tilt function?
Also, How do you feel about the smoothness and drawing comfort of the line drawing? Is it excellent?
Hi @Xinen1 - I moved your post into its own topic.
Before you give up on the tablet you purchased, would you like any help looking at the settings and driver to see if the lag can be overcome? If so, you can respond with your operating system (Windows, Android, macOS) and the make/model of your new tablet. No obligation, just a question.
I currently owned Xencelabs medium on Windows10. I haven’t found fully review this tablet with Krita.
The tablet I purchased is Xencelabs medium. I think it’s one of expensive tablets, so I expected their functions work well.
Aside a lot of good reviews, the cons make me give up gradually.
For some reasons, maybe the tablet driver for windows10 and operating system has conflict.
I tested only windows10. Maybe everything works fine on macOS, android or Linux(they have Linux driver). I only have win10.
Some people has same problem with other software. They can’t draw line smoothly, too.
I will share all my experience as possible as I can for the future Xencelabs owner trouble shooting.
I contacted labs’s tech-center so this problem is now listed. but, not fixed yet.
sry, it took a long story for this topic. I want to ask about HUION and even other brand such as XP-PEN they released pentablet with X3 styles pen(X3 is faster than before).
Thanks.
I give up now. There is nothing I can do about problem.
So, I bought a tablet(I can save money) as a primary-tab temporary while I wait for a more expensive product to release in the future.
I saw the a lot of good review about X3 and PW517.
So I will share the information I could found.
The latest generation Stylus Pens that each tablet company has released by December as of now.
A to Z
ArtisulP77 not yet released for pen tablet.
GaomonAP51 not yet for pen tablet. (maybe Huion PW517 nib can be compatible)
HuionPW517 is available for Pen-Tablet. “PenTech3.0”
XP-PenPH10B / PH20B Both pen works with X3 tip tech.
I found a line problem in DecoL as well. I cannot draw circles or curves on my tablet. It’s possible when I use enough a mount of stabilizer but that is not what I expected.
So, I can’t draw fast & smoothly with raw pen Input. This problem make me overwhelming
Does anyone have these issue with PW517?
I should no to buy these product using family company’s tech.
Then, I noticed Xencelabs and XP-Pen is family company… I should not buy tabs from them for a while.
If this topic is offensive, plz delete. I don’t want to offence anyone. I just want to buy decent pen-tablet with high report rate.
Am I asking for too much?
Why doesn’t it work like the old sinking nib pen tablets (that are almost stop working I guess) that I bought in the first place? I am sad, I don’t know why.
I think this issue is important, but does anyone care?
I even feel like I am crazy.
thanks.
HUION tablet looks fine. I want to look into depth review not as promotion. Also, many people have no problem to use.
I can’t believe I experienced a line issue twice in a row.
I bought another pen tablet today, again. I hope it will works fine as old one.
