I have tried to download the brushes but not sure why it’s been marked as unsafe?

Oh FireFox let me download the brushes without an issue.

I tried the same with Microsoft edge and got the same thing what is going on? honestly who ever made these should just upload them somewhere else ever herd of google drive?

Here I would say the files should really be offered via a different file hosting service, because the hosting website is known to be malicious.

Therefore, I’ll add a download link to both bundles in my cloud at the end of this posting. Because both bundles are published using the CC BY-SA license this is possible. In the shared folder you will find three folders:

  • bundles, has a sub folder containing the bundles
  • License CC BY-SA 4.0, holds license copies in PDF & HTML format
  • PNG, holds the brush icons as PNG files

According to VirusTotal both bundles are free of any threats, I sent both files through their scanners, you can check the results using the following links to the scanning results:
