Hi, I rotoscoped a 19 frame short video and controlling the speed works well in Krita; however, when I render the animation and open it up in media player to see how it looks, the speed has increase so fast that I can’t see what the animation is doing. I want to eventually use rotoscope animation for my short videos but I need to be able to control the speed. I appreciate any help I can get from here. thank you.

Are you sure you have the correct frame rate set in the Render Animation window?
The 19 frame test animation won’t last very long so an animated .gif is the best way to check it. An animated .gif is quite good for even long animations.
.mp4 doesn’t seem to work well with short animations and slow frame rates especially when looping. I don’t think it was intended for that but it may depend on your video player.
