Animation Render frames turn into PNG's when trying to render

Like as the title says, the animation turns into PNG’s when I’m trying to render it. It then says “Could not render animation: Unknown error”. And after the rendering is finished it makes a TXT Document that is the same name as the mp4 I want it to be called. It also makes an mp4 that doesn’t work.
System:
Windows 10
Version: 21H2
Krita Version: 5.1.1

Is your ffmpeg version one that supports MP4? It should tell you in the render dialog

Hello and welcome to the forum

The sequence of .png files is an intermediate output stage that should be deleted after the render operation finishes ok.

Does that text document contain an ffmpeg log for the rendering session, or something that looks it might be?
If it does then can you make it available using a link to a file sharing service?

It’s recommended that you use this ffmpeg package for rendering in krita:
https://www.gyan.dev/ffmpeg/builds/ffmpeg-release-essentials.zip

If you’re not using that one, please download it, Extract it and set krita to use it.

This is what ( I think) you’re talking about the render dialog.

I also am pretty sure I got an FFMPEG log in the TXT document.
I got this:
[image2 @ 000001abd58a3e80] Could find no file with path ‘C:/Users/diamo/Downloads/frame%04d.png’ and index in the range 204-208
C:/Users/diamo/Downloads/frame%04d.png: No such file or directory

And also, for FFMPEG, I used the full version not essentials. So I think I should change it.

Also, I had this message before it happened, but I put it aside.
Frames with the same naming scheme exist in the destination directory. They are going to be deleted, continue?

OH MY GOSH. THANK YOU. I didn’t know that full didn’t work! The essentials made it work!
Thank you so much! I appreciate that you told me to change to essentials.
