Hi… I just got this plug in installed it but it says ffmpeg and fffpor not found.
But I only place to direct Krita to see it ffmpeg is in the render animation .
Is there any other way to direct Krita to see the ffmpeg in the C drive?

Did you put the path to your ffmpeg in the Render Animation dialog? Maybe it’s looking for it there.
