I am an artist who uses krita, for making my manga but i find no resources for it. I have to litrally handdraw every background effect and speech bubble in krita. Anyone pls help. I have tried to use some of the resources that i found here, but i encounter some problems. if anyone has a manga resource pack for effects in krita, pls help me.

You can use Assistant Tools for Speed line effects.
I don’t want to recommend Krita for manga. Existing text tool is pretty bad.
What resources do you look for specifically?
The symbol libraries have a lot of different speech bubbles suitable for most type of comic no matter if Manga or not. Most artists I know who do a lot of comics in any form made their own reusable bubbles that fit their style.
For other stuff like raster foil or these stock background foils you would cut out and glue on in traditional art, you can just take any resource from the internet that has these as a set of PNG or SVG files. There is no format specific to Krita in that regard. Even Krita’s symbols (like speech bubbles) are just SVG files (however packed into one giant file). Perhaps you get better search results on the internet when you don’t look for Krita specifically. Like I wrote, any PNG or SVG library will do, basically.
