This armour study took me 9 hours to finish. The main idea was to practice rendering shiny metal armour and also to pick colours that seem right. I don’t think that this is a very strong piece, but it is good for learning purposes. I would like to know what you think!

The colors on my monitor are a bit off, but I like the way this armor has come out better than the reference! However, the armor is so nice that it brings attention to the face which is not as finished (but of course, the face wasn’t the point of this painting, was it? 
). Keep up the studying, it’s going well!
