I’ve been using Krita since I got my drawing display back in December and only recently is it just not acknowledging jack diddly except the pen
Hello @ragingfails, and welcome to the forum!
The issue you describe sounds like the usual damaged driver issue after an update of your operating system. Why? Krita has not changed since 21st January, at least in the case that you are using the most recent version of Krita. But a thing that nowadays constantly changes through the updates it receives is the OS of a PC. So, a thing that did not change can’t be the culprit, that says the old rule of cause and effect, so it is very unlikely Krita that is to blame for your issue.
Since you’ve whether named your version of Krita, nor from where you got your version of Krita, nor which OS you use, your report, or should this be a misplaced question for support, is more or less worthless in the category Artists Feedback & Testing, because the devs can not connect it to a version and draw conclusions from your more than sparse report.
If you want and ask for support, then say so, and we will move your “report” into the support area.

All drivers are updated and all krita files removed between installations and restarts
If a software suddenly fails to work, like the driver of your graphics tablet, then there must have been a change in the system that is responsible for this, which is the cause of your problem.
However, since Krita in the current version, which was released on January 21, apparently worked for you before, the cause cannot be Krita.
However, since operating systems such as Linux, macOS, Windows and the like receive regular updates, the cause will probably lie there, and most of these updates for macOS and Windows go unnoticed by the user. It may also be due to a silent background update of the XP-Pen driver, as modern drivers are capable of keeping themselves up to date.
However, as only Windows PC users have recently reported problems with their XP-Pen graphics tablets, it is likely to have been a Windows update that was responsible for the associated inconvenience. However, it could also be a purely Windows-specific problem in the Windows version of an XP-Pen driver update, as Linux and macOS users are not reporting these problems.
For most users, the problem was that their key assignments and/or the tablet’s scroll wheel for zooming no longer worked. This was easily fixed by changing the mappings in the driver to those used by Krita. However, at least one user had to completely uninstall their driver first, reboot Windows with a power-off restart, then install the latest driver and perform another power-off restart to restore the old functionality. It is important to follow the instructions in the manual for uninstalling and reinstalling, as some tablets must not be connected to the PC when installing their drivers.
Sorry, I had lunch in the meantime and you have edited your post. Therefore now as an addendum:
You write that you have removed all Krita files, does this also include those in the %LOCALAPPDATA% and %APPDATA%\krita\ directories? These would be settings files such as kritarc, kritadisplayrc, klanguageoverridesrc, karboncalligraphyrc (if present) and also your entire resource folder with files such as resourcecache.sqlite and krita5.xmlgui, the installed bundles and some associated folders.
Now that you have decided to submit your data, I can see that my assumption that it is a Windows system is correct. What Linux support has to do with the 15.6 Pro and the Pro V2 is not clear to me. So far I have not heard of any user reporting that they cannot use these graphics tablets with Krita, and I have been doing support for some time, not just for this forum. In addition, it contradicts your experience of having used Krita with it since December, apparently it “worked” for the time until the malfunction.
Also, whose Linux support are you talking about, this forum does not offer support separated by OS.
Furthermore, if possible, you should link such sources of information, so that potential helpers can also see what is written there in order to inform themselves about it without having to search for it elsewhere.
With the nightlies you have listed, there may of course always be a version that does not work, but this is to be expected with Alpha versions. Whether these were portable versions or whether you installed them is not clear from your list, but the portable versions are the ones that interfere the least with a system and are responsible for influencing it, with those it is more a question of it works or it does not work, but they got a “very light footprint in an OS”.

Yes I deleted all of the appdata files, I’ll try installing the XP-Pen driver with the tablet disconnected after I try just reprogramming my keys and wheel like you suggested, originally I didn’t have to do that as it just worked natively
As for the Linux thing, I found it was the digimend support kernel which was completely unrelated, it was 4 am and I’d been at it for 4 hours already so apologies for that confusion
And as for the pre alpha builds I only used the installation packages, not the portable builds
In case you want to try a different driver, you can try those from https://opentabletdriver.net/, they offer versions for Linux, macOS and Windows, but for the XP-Pen Artist 15.6 Pro they state that tilt and wheel are not yet supported and therefore missing features.

If all else fails and I don’t end up using another drawing program I’ll try that and maybe just combine my tablet with a mouse wheel from an actual mouse for now
I’m trying to avoid migrating because I already went from Ibispaint to Krita and I love Krita, even if it’s confusing sometimes
Must be a messed up installation file on my end, 5.3.0 Portable version works flawlessly
Going to test 5.2.10 Portable
