Ok, I will try to resume:
- You’ve installed Krita a first time
- toolbar icons size were normal
- you’ve made change to default brushes
- To restore default brushes presets, you have uninstalled/reinstalled Krita
- toolbar icons became bigger at this moment

Concerning pen pressure, you’re working on Windows 10
I don’t really know how tablets works on windows, maybe another users can help you for the pressure problem, because I already read some topics in forum about users having similar problem than you.
It seems that there’s some specific configuration to apply with Windows Ink
