Pressure sensitivity help with Huion model H610

Type of device (graphics tablet/display tablet/2-in-1 laptop/Android tablet): Graphics tablet
Brand and version of the device: Huion model H610
System (Windows/Linux/Mac/Android, + version): Windows 10

Description of the issue (you can include screenshots):
The tablet works fine, dont get me wrong, it’s the pressure sensitivity. There isn’t any. And I know the tablet works because I’ve tried it on other things. I could really use some help

That it works with another application doesn’t mean anything. That’s because tablet drivers often store per-application information in settings, which can and will get corrupted.

Since there are thousands (maybe even tens of thousands, we don’t count) Windows Krita users with Huion H610 tablets that don’t have any problems either we know that it isn’t Krita either, but something broken on your system.

The usual advice is:

reset Krita’s configuration (see https://docs.krita.org/en/KritaFAQ.html#resetting-krita-configuration)
reset the driver’s configuration
reinstall the driver
experiment with switching between wintag and windows 8 pointer api in Krita’s settings

Thanks! I switched the settings to windows 8 pointer and now it works!
