I want to give a big shout out of thanks to the Krita devs for creating this fantastic piece of software. I created my first books cover in it and the book is in production and hopefully will be done by Christmas. I don’t plan to make any monetary gain from this printing of the book, mostly I want to get my work out there in the world and then if it gains any traction I will re-release it or just do another one and if all goes well I plan to be dropping a nice donation to the Krita Project.

Good news for Christmas and congratulations!
Please show a link to the book site when it’s ready or create a topic here to show some artwork from it if you want to.
It is a free verse poetry book, the text was typed in LibreOffice and the cover was created in Krita. It will be a short run of physical copies, but I am hopeful to get an ebook and a pdf version published sometime after Christmas. I will post a link to it when it is live.
It is a simple cover as I am in no way a pro with digital art.
