Stunning, truly. This piece looks like it must have been fun to create. The way the light hits the long grass and shimmers on the water.
The darks could be a bit darker I guess.

Thank you @tachiko . I’m not a great photographer, but I try to take interesting shots to use as reference for my paintings. This one caught my eye for the same reasons you mentioned.
I was thinking the same thing with the darks, but the colors in the photo just seemed too dark. I think facing into the sun caused the contrast to get extreme.
